I bought these a few weeks ago because I needed an upgrade from my old college elbow pads. I have been using them for box lacrosse and they provide great protection and plenty of mobility. I am 5' 8. I got the Large size and they cover the entire arm from mid bicep to gloves. Very surprised at how well they protect while still feeling like I 'm not even wearing them. The velcro strap hold up during play. But sometimes I do n't even need them because of how well the arm sleeve fits. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

Some of the other protective guards in this space are not form fitting, and are bulky. My son has used competitors products in the past.
