The traction is almost god tier and does not slip out, even on the dustiest of settings and no matter what the surface is( besides outdoor). The build and material quality is amazing and just looks and feels premium which is another bonus! The shoe fits perfectly for a guy that has size 13 ’s. The stability of the shoe is spectacular and light weight. The grip is very good even on courts that are a little dirty. I have to wear an ankle brace but it ’s the lace type but it works well with my width of foot. The laces are a little short with the ankle brace but it gets the job done. The color is great “ Christmas ” version and have had lots of people admire the shoe. I use them for volleyball. These are the best shoes I ’ ve purchased for volleyball in a very long time. I do miss the Bounce Pro foam from the Dame 8 and Dame 8 Extply. However, the Dame 9 is not a bad change at all. The lightstrike foam on the Dame 9 provides good shock absorption and cushioning. I would say most would agree that this shoe is more suitable for indoors, had a unique design, and meets the versatile needs of basketball players.
