Great adhesive, soft to the skin, waterproof( ish). You can put it on and forget both about it AND the blister. Sometimes can stay on through subsequent workout, but excessive sweat can cause it to come loose. Whatever is in these things really helps to heal the blister, but there's something( organic?) in the patch that can leave your skin around the blister feeling INCREDIBLY itchy. Even still, it's the first thing I reach for when patching a blister.
