I have been playing pickleball for since Q4 last year and have been on the market for stylish tennis shoes. I own more running shoes than tennis shoes so I did n't have a good shoes to play pickleball in. Then I encountered The Rogers line within ON. I loved the looks of the shoes. The shoes feel snug and protective over my feet and my lateral movement feels stable. I love that the shoe lace is protected with the clip on strap on the top of the shoes. The reason for 4 stars was with this shoes being a `` Hard court tennis shoes '', the shoe soles are definitely hard so if you are not used to the hard surfaced shoes, it could feel uncomfortable if you wear it all day on the court. Nonetheless, it's been a good addition to my pickleball attire.

Great stability and control. Of all of the current Nike tennis shoes for women, these are the ones that find the balance of stability without being too heavy or clunky. The GP Challenge Pro is the best shoes for anyone playing hardcourt 3+/week. For me, the Zooms are too flexible- there are n't any brakes when you sprint and change direction on hardcourt in the Zooms. Plus the sole of the Zoom wears out too quickly, I replaced them every two months because the tread was gone. The Zooms triggered plantar fasciitis when I wore them because my feet were working too hard in the loose, flexible shoe. A competitor of mine broke her foot the first time she wore the Zooms. First short ball she sprinted from the baseline and broke her foot. No stability. The Osaka's are CUTE but are far too heavy and not breathable enough for a long singles match. Enter the GP Challenge Pro. The upper has reinforcement at the midsole to keep you locked in. It prevents you from sliding through the toe when you are sweaty and chasing short balls. The tread is hearty and holds up with frequent hardcourt use- I am replacing mine every 6 months which is typical if not a little longer than usual. And the sole has an athletic contour with little give that makes the shoe very responsive. They are such a good shoe that you never have to think about them. My only gripe about them is the CHEAP insole. It is so laughably bad it ruins the shoe. I end up using the Sof Sole athletic gel insole. It is easier on the joints and prevents blisters and bunching than the sole provided. With the replacement insole it is a 5 star shoe.

The first couple of times I wore these, I wasn ’ t sure. I had been wearing Sketchers pickleball shoes, and these were less cushy but have better arch support. Although they don ’ t feel as soft when I wear them, I have much less foot and knee discomfort after I ’ m done playing. They did take a little bit to break in, but now that I ’ m used to them I can see that they provide far more support. I ’ ll definitely be back for another pair when these wear out.

I 've been struggling to find women's court shoes that have a wide enough toe box to be comfortable for my bunions and large side bone. These are very roomy and the fact they they have only mesh in some areas which adds for a softer feel for messed up feet like mine. These are the most comfortable of them all and offer the best support. They 're also cute and roomy. Bought these for pickleball because they are a court shoes. Own several pairs of OC shoes so knew the quality and comfort was consistent with the brand. These do n't disappoint. Took 4 times to wear them to break them in and feel comfortable in them. They are heavier than my cross trainers. The only downside is the price. They are expensive.

I love these shoes! I ordered my usual size, and as other reviews have stated, they started off a bit snug, but loosened up quickly. They were just what I was looking for, very supportive out on the court.

It's quite snug so I recommend going half a size up. It's super comfortable to play in and still need to see how long it 'll hold up for. These and the ASICs Gel Res is what I would go for.

Having tried two other pickleball specific shoes I was looking for a shoe that had a wider toe box, and a bit more cushioning. A friend suggested the new Nike Zoom challenge shoe. I am so glad to have found this shoe. It definitely has lots of cushioning, is great for side ways movement about the court and has a good grip on the court surface. It is exactly the responsive type shoe I was looking for.

I bought these since my knees were hurting from lack of lateral support with my current court shoes. They are very tight when you first put them on. You might even think they are way too small. I usually wear a 7. 5 or 8 depending on the brand. I got the 8. I tried on the 8. 5 and they felt better in the store but were too long. After wearing them for one round robin, I am thrilled that I bought these. I do wear thin socks and use a shoe horn to get them on. I get lots of comments about how cute/nice they are also. Be prepared that these shoes do not give much but they are great for this sport.

So so comfortable and supportive! I 'm usually a size 6 and I ordered a 6. 5 for a little extra room and they could n't be more perfect. Love the pop of colour too!
