Let me tell you about the YETI Rambler 18oz—aka the Chuck Norris of drinkware. First off, this thing is built like a tank. Not a metaphorical tank. A literal tank. I accidentally dropped it down the stairs, and it didn ’ t even flinch. I, however, cried a little. My hardwood floor is now concave, and the YETI is somewhere laughing. Insulated? Oh, buddy. I put coffee in it at 7 AM. At 3 PM, I burned my tongue like a rookie. It ’s not a tumbler—it ’s a time capsule. Your drink goes in, and when it comes out, it's still the same temperature. Physics? Black magic? I do n't know. I ’ m not asking questions. Cold drinks? Forget about it. I left ice water in it overnight. Woke up, still ice. I 'm starting to think it ’s siphoning power from the sun just to spite thermodynamics. Design- wise, it ’s slick, minimalist, and screams “ I hike recreationally, but also emotionally. ” The lid is a screw- on chug cap, which is great if you like pretending you ’ re fueling up for a UFC fight every time you take a sip. Downsides? Only one: It ’s so loyal and indestructible that it ’s basically become part of my family. I bring it everywhere. I talk to it. I 'm 87% sure it judges me when I fill it with lukewarm Gatorade instead of the artisanal electrolyte nectar it deserves. Final verdict: 11/10. Buy it. Use it. Pass it down to your grandchildren. It ’ ll outlive us all.

I normally carry around a stainless steel 25 oz. water bottle on my backpack and around in the car but it was a bit of a hassle for the gym. I ordered this bottle for that purpose and it fit the bill. I can mix in Amino Acid powder and drink easily from it. The cap arm has tension to hold it back when drinking and the handle is excellent. The rubber base is a great feature as well for stability when standing it up but it does n't fit in the car cup holder, the only downside. The texture on the cap is easy to grip. I 'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

I read the reviews before purchasing and almost went with the older model even though I really liked the color options and silicone bumper included with this one. Reviews said that the bottle sweated a lot and that the new ice blocker spout prevented water from flowing and the cap from being cleaned properly. None of that is true for me. Water flows just as it does from any other bottle I 've owned( perhaps even better than from my hydroflask lid) and the cap is super easy to clean. I love the silicone bumper, and especially love the carrying handle( makes multi tasking and taking it on walks super easy). I dislike drinking cold water so was searching for a plastic water bottle that was still environmentally- friendly( previously had a KOR water bottle) and this one fits the bill. It definitely does n't sweat more than my other bottle and it is absolutely leak- proof. I love this coffee mug! The only bad thing is that it does n't fit under my Keurig. Not a big deal, I just brew it into a different mug and pour it in.
