[ I bought this after trying to get out of a swivel rocker with our new grandson at our daughters home. Certainly didn ’ t want them investing in furniture that suited me, so I bought this to have there when I go to see him. It ’s perfect. It has nice strong arms but I don ’ t even need them to get up because the height is great... not tall, but my knees aren ’ t above my hips. All you young campers may not understand but it ’s a good chair for people if a certain age... and anyone else!

Good looking rocking chair but most importantly it is very comfortable and functional. Folds up easily for storage, opens easily for relaxation and rest. Rocks nicely, and has a positive stop to limit the travel on the back swing, making falling over backwards difficult unless you are really wanting to try to land on your back. Just doesn ’ t happen. It has a generous width so you don ’ t feel claustrophobic. While it folds up, it ’s not very compact—comfort has a price. But boy is it comfortable. My new favorite camp chair.
