[ This is a very neat little gadget to have. It's easy to open up to get to the knives that are in the board, and it opens up completely so it's not hard to get to the knives. There are four different lives included, so you can cut and slice all types of cheese. The one thing that is a little hard because of its size is cleaning it, but overall I really like this product.
