I 'm way too old to have it smooth out my skin after too many years in the sun, but I started taking it for the protein after spinal surgery, and still use it every day. I have n't lost hair, my nails are strong, and I 'm doing fine. One of my favorite things about it is the paper packaging, which I see is difficult for some people with arthritis in their hands to deal with. I do n't have that problem and I really applaud your lack of plastic. The earth and I thank you.
