I have only been using it for a week but am very happy with how smooth it operates. My husband put it together for me. He is really handy and does most things himself. He said it was moderately difficult to put together. We have it set in the basement on some black( horse stall) mats we purchased at Tractor Supply. Happy with my purchase.
