VERY nice thick elastic waist band which is probably what sold me the most. It will keep my fat hips in line and I won ’ t have to worry about pudge rolling over a thin waistband. Very slimming and flattering on. They do have a moderate slick shine to them. If you need a good pair of every day, comfortable leggings, get these. Perfect for the gym too! I ’ m 155lbs/size 8/10 and bought the large. The medium wasn ’ t that different, but I ’ m between sizes depending on designer- they ’ re just more snug. I decided to go for the large just because I plan on wearing them on lounge days as well.
