I had been wearing this model in my regular size( D) and it seemed skimpy, then I got one in DD and it's great. It is very comfortable and supportive. It holds you up and you do n't move. You can adjust it if you prefer more `` smashing '' to stop the bounce. It is very high quality. And a bonus-- I can carry my music player in between the layers! Favorite gym bra of all time.
