At first I was not impressed, but added the larger 75g weight, and now after several months later I noticed how balanced my putter is. Not so much weight in the head, though that didn ’ t change, but the weighting is much more balanced between grip butt and head. I am thinking the amount of weight might be a personal preference and some may not wanted any at all. But I like 75g in both my Ping Anser and my Taylormade Spyder mallet. Charles

This is a great adjustable kettlebell for a home gym, with one major flaw with the increments. Weight increments are 8/10/12/16 kg= 18/22/26/35 lbs. They were going in 2 kg increments until they skipped from 12 to 16. First issue: 14 kg= 31 lbs, and 30 lbs is a very commonly used kb. Second issue: The larger `` Pro '' version of this starts at 16 kg, so they overlap in weight. Could have easily made this 8/10/12/14, and then started the `` Pro '' at 16.

Most dumbbells' weight sets include curl bars as part of the total poundage, but this vinyl weight set is fully 40 lbs of weights, which means to add the weights to your leg developer, straight bar, etc., you can count on 40 total pounds. The compact bar is really nice because you do n't have extra bar that's unnecessarily sticking out and for storage as well. The spring clip collars are easy to use. For a starter set of weights for a teenager--- this is a durable beginners set and can nicely accommodate the seasoned weightlifter as well.
