I did n't have a problem with the shoe rubbing on my heel so I did n't get any irratation on my achilles. My favorite part is the detail with the check mark it ’s smooth and popped up. The shoes are made from this sponge like material which is a plus because I haven ’ t gotten any creases. They are easy to clean with a cloth, I even threw them in the washer and I didn ’ t have any problem with them. These have been my go to shoes recently because the black and white color way pair well with my outfits. I was worried that the back on the sole would look bulky but once you put them on they don ’ t seem as bulky. They are lightweight and have cushion which makes them feel good on the feet. Most shoes tire me out because I walk a lot but I didn ’ t have that problem with these. I ’ m always looking for shoes with cushion because it makes wearing them more comfortable. I will say that since they are black I feel like they attract the sun and it makes my feet feel hot. I can ’ t wait to wear them in the fall/winter season though.

I am recovering from a right foot Achilles tendon rupture surgery. I have been in a boot for 3 months. I at first needed a sturdy shoe to wear on my left foot to give me support and a little height to get close to matching the boot height.
