I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). The GT Cut 3's are the best court shoe that came out in 2024. They are a little pricey, but they 're worth it. They do take a few runs to break in, but after that they are amazing. They have the best traction, lightweight and just enough cushion to be comfortable yet responsive to quick movements. I got them for myself then got them for both my kids( 14 and 18). My 14 yr old use these Cut 3's for her goto sneakers for games and other sneakers for practice. I bought her a second pair because she is outgrowing her current ones.
