I picture wearing these when the temps are really cold or on a night by a fireplace lounging around. One of my preferences is it contains cotton, not 100% polyester.( Thanks UA for offering cotton content products.) I 'm not sure why I selected large. Maybe, I was thinking I will be able to fit into these someday. Turned out I did n't need to wait. I was very surprised they fit me. XL would be oversized. As for length, I would say at the end of the legs the slack is about an inch. I am 4'11 '' and have been told I have short legs. The waistline comes up to my navel. The inseam reaches me just right. Now, once I drop extra body fat around my waistline, then, these would fit perfectly. Going to get another pair in a smaller size. I am that optimistic.

They are high waisted which I love, that aids in how comfortable they are. I love the zippers pockets so I feel safe in putting phone, keys and chapstick in there while out and about. After wearing them for a bit, I fell in love with them. They have zipper pockets which is great for running outside and needing to secure your keys or phone. They are soft and breathable. Warm too.
