I love these Sierra Mid Lace Waterproof Boots so much I purchased a second pair. They are so comfortable and great for walking/hiking long distances in any kind of weather. This season they are the only boots I 've consistently worn every day for play and work. The added bonus is they are nice looking and extremely durable. The North Face Women's Sierra Mid boots were well made and stylish. I read other reviews that suggested going up a size. I usually wear a 9 or 9. 5 in winter boots, so I purchased sizes 9. 5 and 10. These boots are fantastic! I had to get a good pair of boots that would allow me to be outside, standing on concrete for 1 1/2- 2 hours and keep my feet warm. I also did NOT want a huge pair of clunky boots. These fit the bill. They are light weight, yet surprisingly warm, and have thick soles to help insulate your feet from the cold ground. I wore them all last week for work, and even in the sub zero temps of MN, they kept my feet warm! I would recommend these boots, and next season will buy another color!

Exactly what I was looking for! I really wanted a slip on boot for running to the gym, etc. I wanted them to be waterproof so they would last longer than a season and I was so thrilled when I saw these. They are a little stiffer to get on, but they come off very easy. I am so excited about them. I usually wear an 8. 5 in the regular boots, and a 9 in any of the snowboot type shoes Sorel makes. The 9 fit great.

I like these boots- they do what I wanted which is to cover my ankles and be easy on and off- hands free or nearly so. the ball of the foot is a bit narrow so that's the one star shy of 5 stars for these boots. I am enjoying them and they are warm- I just can not wear them with socks or at least not yet. Maybe they will soften and expand in width a bit?

My daughter is a size 8 and the 8 fit her perfectly. She loves the white color, and I love the rubber encased foot to lock out rain and snow. The toggle lace is nice when she has on snow gloves and would have trouble with normal ties.
