This is a classic “ canvas ” creel like one I bought 50 years ago and finally wore out. It ’s a tried and true design. The price was the lowest around. Most of my fishing gear and clothes are weathered and faded, so I tried to age the bag a bit so it didn ’ t look like I ’ m a newbie to fishing. I couldn ’ t get it to stain or fade at all. This a very nice, well made case that looks great without being too bulky- which is why I decided against the Fishpond dual case. It ’s designed for 9 ’ four piece fly rods and it accommodates them well along with my Ross 9/10 and a Lamson 9+ fly reels. I ’ m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice compact, good looking travel case. Let me offer up this info/ suggestion, the individual slots/ pockets that hold each rod section are attached on both sides and it makes it difficult to reach a shorter rod section, say for a 8 ’- 8 ” T& T for example. So, I cut one side of each pocket sleeve so they are more like flaps instead of pockets. I took a lighter and singed the edges to keep them from fraying. The fabric is still in place so the rod sections are still protected, it ’s just easier to reach in a grab the rods that way. I hope that makes sense.

I 've been using some various other products and namely some from hardware storage not built for fishing specifically and it pays to get them from Plano. The buckles are firm and do n't beat up your fingers opening them up. They are n't the best when stacking if you wanted to nest them top down and I would love to see more functional spaced with being able to remove a larger section without cutting internal walls but that said you can make it work. For the money they perform better then expected. I 've not had much time with them to speak of the durability but for out of the box and into the boat they seem tough enough to withstand the weather.- Tight lines!

Made extremely well. Loved the hard bottom of this considering I mostly fish kayak and canoe, keeps things dry. Looked forever for what this thing will hold with no info on storage capacity. Pulled the trigger and was pleased with what I could fit. Main compartment holds 3 3700 size boxes, you could add a 3700 thin as well but its pretty tight. The front pouch will hold a 3600 box without much room to spare, I loaded mine with a 3600 thin terminal box and a thin 3500 box. Pouches on the side of bag will hold the small Flambeau spinner bait box. I used top pouch for plastics, holds like ten bags or so comfortably. Great bag and comfortable to carry fully loaded

[  I am reviewing the Tackle Vault 3600 Kit with accessories. So far, it is exactly what we needed, it is easy to clean has lots of storage for all your tackle and if you have extra room, you can put snacks in your boxes. But if you ’ re like me, you can ’ t have too many lures, weights, etc.  you can just plop this bad boy on the ground in the mud. It doesn ’ t matter one quick swipe with the water hose and it ’s clean. It looks to be made of good quality materials. It is convenient to have a rod holder, a plier holder, and a knife sheath. I would definitely recommend this to whoever is looking for a versatile tacklebox.

This rig was the answer to my wade fishing problems. Pros: 1. The slim, vertical design allows more arm movement and I can get more casts in a day for power fishing. 2. Built in stringer holder is a blessing. It solved a major issue I was having. Plus, I feel better knowing I can throw the stringer away quickly if a shark decides to attack my fish. 3. Being able to hold a 3500 of your choice is nice, plenty of water proof or sealed options on the market. 4. Breathable mesh in hot/humid Texas conditions is excellent. 5. Buckle and strap system is intuitive, no struggling to adjust. 6. Comes with a 3500 tray for terminal and a tiny water proof box( I use it for my car key), glad they included it as a nice touch! 7. D- Ring at the bottom of the rig is great for wading net or fish grips access, well thought out there 👍🏻 Personal issues with the rig: 1. The rod holder just does n't make sense. I get what they were going for but I get more rod security when I place the rod between the rig and my chest. I would personally get rid of the rod holder BUT KEEP THE D- RING!! The D- Ring there makes sense without the rod holder there!! 2. I do n't understand the D- Ring on the back harness? I want to use it but I do n't get their intentions. Would love to know how to utilize it! 3. The large pocket closest to you is a super snug fit for the 3500 trays( which I find odd). I 'd make both front and back large pouches the same size so they fit the 3500 tray fairly without cramming it? The front pouch is perfect for the 3500 tray( as they probably designed it that way 👍🏻) Overall, great design and will buy again in the future IF it fails. Thanks!

Bought this to wading around tampa bay with minimal tackle. Its perfect!! holds 4 bags of z man plastics as well as one tackle box with enough storage told hold some hard plastics as well as your terminal tackle. Plenty of space to just bring the bare essentials! the rod holder and the plier storage areas work really well and helps a lot when changing tackle while out wading on the water. Two minor gripes about the bag. The position that the stringer needle is right around your right arm. You may on occasion if not paying attention accidently pull the needle out while fighting a fish. It's happen a couple of times but it was no big deal. Also there is a d ring directly above the rod holder. I like to put my fish grips on that side but it can get in the way of the rod when you are tying to put it away. But the pros for the bags are overwhelming and I would recommend this bag to any wade fisherman

I got this for my kayaking trips down the river. A place to store some extra clothes, my wallet, keys, and some small camera equipment. The package it came in was tiny however- these bags are pretty darn big. I have used them out many times now, everything stays dry and they seem to be very durable. The RealTree camo and the orange is nice too. Makes it stand out.
