I ’ ve had these for 3 years in my basement for my rack and are durable to an extent. I wouldn ’ t recommend slamming 45+ pound dumbbells on them unless they are rubber. Doing deadlifts 225+ pounds is fine but I would say support it with shock tiles. I would recommend sweeping or vacuum it often since it ’s common sense to keep the floors clean. I haven ’ t had much problems with them besides the strong odors but that ’s what RUBBER smells like when it ’s still fresh. Matter of fact, that ’s what a gym smells like. My daughter got this in Nov. 2017 to practice her flip and ect. Easy roll up for storage, thick enough to protect her. She been using it few time now in the house and it seem to hold it shape. She plan to use it outside the yard when weather get warmer. Satisfaction customer so far.
