More importantly it saves the scooter from falling over! It has a rear brake pad so just step back and place your foot over the brake over the rear tire. It can be adjusted for different heights by raising or lowering the telescoping handle. Smooth wheels for a smooth ride! Can be used indoors or outdoors. Best part is the deck and handle bar lights up!! You can adjust the lights to the pattern you want it to be by pushing the button on the bottom of the deck.
