I wore the Premier Series- Field for the first time yesterday for 18 holes. I did n't walk, but even riding in a cart and walking around the fairways, greens, and tee boxes I was totally impressed with the comfort level right out of the box. I really do n't think these require a break- in period and I believe they will get even better after a few rounds. Traction and stability are absolutely the best. I wear a size 10. 5 W with most sneaker type golf shoes but I would recommend sizing down 1/2 size. If you are able to try these on in the store do so. It's really the best way to get the most out of a pair of FootJoys. A correct fitting is crucial.

Owned a pair of footjoy fields for scotland golf, gave me terrible blisters, mustve gotten the wrong size. Owned a pair of footjoy pro SL's super comfortable as well as the gfore gallivanters. These surprised me, I was hesistant to go back but after trying them on and sizing down correctly, which for me is a full size down they fit perfect for Arizona golf. They are rigid and stiff and that is what I like in a golf shoe. If you like more movement do not get these. They feel incredibly stable and I have no regrets. Although ive only had one round in them and a couple of range sessions, I am very happy with this purchase and think that they are worth the money for the comfort and premium materials they provide.
