[ These bottoms give coverage and are simply cute! I feel like sometimes high waisted swim bottoms are either too high, or have the fear of bunching; these did neither. They sit at a comfortable position on the waist and they don ’ t slide. They ’ re also true to size, so as long as you get your normal size, they should fit accordingly. They also covered my butt without bunching- which I think I loved the most. I would 100% buy multiple colors of these.

I usually am either a small or medium in underwear and swimsuit bottoms. I went with the medium and that was the right choice. So maybe size up if you ’ re thinking of it. The medium fit perfect and stayed snug even swimming in the ocean amongst waves. It did not stretch out when wet and remained secure. It also fits to where you won ’ t experience a wedgie even with lots of movement in the water or along the beach. I 've been searching for a new one piece bathing suite. It's not as easy as one would think:) I got this one in two sizes to try, S and M. Both fit me well in the body, but I had to go with M because of my chest size. I am 34D, 130lb, 5. 3 '' and S was way too revealing in the upper part. If I was cup A or B size M would work for me as well. I like that the straps are adjustable, because I have a short torso and always need to adjust the straps to make them shorter. The fabric is very nice to the touch, smooth and silky. I have n't swam in it yet( well, it's January!), but I hope it will hold up well in the water.

They come up right past the hips, so they look very flattering. I bought a medium and I 'm 5' 5, 138ish pounds. Based on other Calia clothes, I go between smalls and mediums depending on what it is. I have a Calia bikini top and a Calia tankini top. It goes well with both! With the bikini top, I do n't feel so exposed because the bottoms cover quite a bit. I love that since I usually feel exposed in bikinis. It looks like a one piece with the tankini top, but that's fine! Calia swimwear is the best swimwear I 've ever owned.

The description says low rise, but I would say it's more mid rise. They come right below your belly button, which for me is the best place to be the most flattering if you have any kind of tummy. I am 5'10 '' and 180 lbs and ordered an XL. They are a little roomy and I probably could have gotten a L, but I do n't like bathing suits to cut into me so I 'm going to stick with the XL.
