True to size 6. 5 for me, same sizing as i wear for the air pegasus. These trainers are so comfy, light and padded and i really struggle with footwear and have slightly wider feet. Look fab with a skirt too. Will be buying another pair in white/cream for the Summer as i adore them!

I 'm a 7 when it comes to sandals, but whenever I get running shoes/sneakers I like to get a 7. 5 so my toes have room to move around. Buy them based on the LENGTH of your foot, not the width, as they will mold to your foot's shape.

OMG I CAN NOT say enough about these boots.... I will be ordering them in all 3 colors. I had yet to find a hiking boot that didnt cause me foot pain, blisters, or hot spots.... until now. These fit my feet perfectly. The toe box is typically where i struggle with hiking boots- blisters and pain of the great toe and medial ball of foot. Even while breaking these in I did not experience either of these issues. I have tried SO many other brands without finding the right fit.... i resorted to hiking Montana's Mountains in luna sandals because i could not find a hiking shoe/boot that didnt cause foot pain. Needless to say sandals and mountains are not ideal BUT they were better than the issues i had prior to trying these bogs boots! These will be the only hiking boot i will ever wear!!! I wore them to work one day and I got so many compliments and my feet did not hurt after a long day of walking! As someone who lives in a rainy area, these shoes were actually perfect when the ground was wet because of its great traction of the sole. Only thing about these shoes is personally they were a little heavy because of the thick sole but it was manageable. I would definitely recommend this product!
