We just got this goal today for my six and seven year old. We chose this one because it was made of galvanized steel and not plastic. Assembly was a breeze and took probably a half hour by myself. I don ’ t know that it will last a lifetime, but it seems solid enough and my boys love it. It folds flat for storage and that is super easy. My 10 year old son loves this soccer goal. The net is nice and tough. Does n't break away or loose shape like reviews said about other soccer goals. Great thing about this net is it can be folded in half to put away for the season and it is powder coated. Looks like it will last a good long time.

I bought this back in May and set it up for my 10 year old. He's not into too many sports but loves soccer and has thoroughly enjoyed this net! It's good practice for him too! Placed this in the backyard for the kids. It took about 2 hours to set- up. I did have to go back and rethread somethings after not following directions carefully. When assembling, I had my doubts as to how this would work, but it has been holding up great. Even I can shoot on it and it barely budges. It has brought a lot of fun to our backyard.

We bought this as a replacement for one of those pop- up goals you can move around, and although it's not quite as portable, the quality of the design and construction makes up for it. The Junior size is plenty big for our small back yard and offers great returning capabilities. The netting wo n't be as tight as a rebounder itself, but it's plenty good for its intent. Construction took roughly an hour with two adults necessary, but it was not overly taxing. The instructions are not the greatest, but it's not too difficult.
