Perfect for those cool fall mornings. ... These gloves came in handy I put them on and slide them right into my other gloves and I ca n't feel the cold weather especially when I do n't want to expose my hands to the harsh weather I just remove the outer gloves and keep these gloves on and still...

Can also be used as a light- duty work glove. I wear them all the time and have kind of beaten the gloves ragged already. Also the gloves are not water resistent.

[ Very snug, warm, comfortable glove, great for working in dryer conditions, comfy even when wet, dexterity is amazing. I do n't have to take them off to search my pockets for tools or to use my phone. I would buy another pair any day.

Perfect for hiking and walking. ... Not that these are waterproof- they aren't- but the grid fleece on the backs of the hands wicks and breathes so well that my body heat dried the gloves faster than they could get

I love these gloves, they are so warm! I use them on their own hiking while splitboarding and as a liner for really cold days in the resort. The Small size fit my small hands very well... I have borderline kid size hands and they still fit me pretty well. I was able to use my phone with the gloves on my hands. Highly recommended if you want warm hands!

I was expecting those gloves to be good, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The first time I wore them, I was outside for six hours in steady rain and near- freezing temperatures. My hands were the driest part of me. Not that these are waterproof- they aren't- but the grid fleece on the backs of the hands wicks and breathes so well that my body heat dried the gloves faster than they could get wet. My hands stayed warm and dry, and the fingers were still dextrous enough that I could work outside. Love these and will be buying more, plus anything else made of Vigor Plus fleece that I can get my hands on. Big improvement in fit over the previous year's model as well.

Took these on trail and they kept my fingers warm in a cold rain. I like the fit, the feel, but glad it did not rain the next day because they did not dry fast at all. Did not expect waterproof of course, but was hoping they would be useful again without a dryer. Taking something else for days long hiking next time, but these are still nice, keeping for different scenarios, hikes closer to home.
Heavyweight gloves are designed for activities that require extra insulation and protection, making them ideal for cold weather sports, outdoor work, and training. They provide warmth and durability, allowing users to maintain dexterity while engaging in demanding tasks or activities. Whether for skiing, snowboarding, or heavy-duty labor, these gloves are built to withstand harsh conditions.
Heavyweight gloves are often made from a combination of materials that enhance their warmth, durability, and grip. Common materials include leather, synthetic fabrics, and insulated linings that provide thermal protection. The choice of materials can affect the glove's breathability, flexibility, and overall performance in various weather conditions.
Heavyweight gloves are typically thicker and more insulated than standard gloves, providing greater warmth and protection in cold environments. They are designed to handle more rigorous activities and often feature reinforced palms and fingers for added durability. In contrast, standard gloves may prioritize dexterity and breathability over insulation.
While heavyweight gloves are excellent for cold weather and activities requiring warmth and protection, they may not be suitable for all outdoor activities. For instance, activities that require high dexterity or minimal bulk, such as rock climbing or precision tasks, might benefit from lighter gloves. It's essential to choose gloves that match the specific demands of your activity.
When selecting heavyweight gloves, consider factors such as insulation type, fit, and intended use. Look for gloves that offer a snug fit to ensure warmth without sacrificing dexterity. Additionally, consider features like waterproofing, grip, and breathability, which can enhance comfort and performance during your activities.
