Had to go half size up for a bit more length for toes but not a big issue, I have narrow feet and width is perfect. Haven ’ t ever felt a more comfortable, bouncy, carbon plated shoe. Usually carbon plated shoes hurt my feet after a few miles- these don ’ t. Just feel good to run in and they keep your feet turning over. Only complaint is little hard to get on. Also have the Mach 6 as a daily trainer and love that too. Also have the cielo road shoes- try these they are amazing with peba foam..

Great shoes for fast running. Not as bouncy as the super marathon shoes but feel soft on landing and roll through very quickly.

I also felt noticeably less fatigue in my legs. ... As an overpronator, I like having a bit more of a stable shoe especially as form breaks down toward the end of a marathon and these shoes held up

When selecting high-performance running shoes, consider features such as cushioning, weight, and responsiveness. Look for shoes that provide adequate support for your foot type and running style. Breathability and durability are also important, as they can enhance comfort during long runs.
Lightweight running shoes are ideal for speed workouts, races, and tempo runs. They are designed to provide a responsive feel, making them suitable for runners looking to improve their pace. However, they may not offer as much cushioning for long-distance training, so it's essential to consider your specific running needs.
Choosing the right size for running shoes involves measuring your feet and considering the fit preferences you have. It's advisable to try on shoes later in the day when your feet are slightly swollen. Ensure there is enough space in the toe box and that the heel fits snugly without slipping.
Performance running shoes typically feature lightweight mesh uppers for breathability and synthetic materials for durability. The midsole often incorporates foam technologies for cushioning and energy return. Outsoles are usually made from rubber for traction and grip on various surfaces.
Racing shoes are designed to be lightweight and provide minimal cushioning, allowing for faster speeds during races. In contrast, training shoes offer more support and cushioning for daily runs and longer distances. Choosing between them depends on your running goals and the type of training you plan to do.
Yes, selecting running shoes for different weather conditions is important for comfort and performance. For wet or rainy conditions, look for shoes with water-resistant materials and good traction. In colder weather, consider shoes that provide insulation, while breathable shoes are ideal for warmer temperatures to prevent overheating.
