I had purchased one of the limited editions a few years back for the Parks for All partnership I got the Hawaiian Volcanoes 32 oz flask and was super satisfied. I began looking around for a new canteen for my new job that will be outdoors in the Texas elements. I decided to come back for another Hydro Flask for work and got one of the larger canteens the 64 oz in black with the flex straw. I have already been using it for a few months and I am satisfied again with Hydro Flask. For a 64oz it's very light weight, i personally noticed it kept my iced water colder a little longer than 24 hours, and durable I have accidentally dropped it, banged it and scuffed it and its still holding up. I also enjoy the fact the products are very easy to dissemble and clean. BTW I totally recommend at max a weekly cleaning and not just for Hydro Flask but for any other product to prevent build up of gunk and mildew. But overall the canteen is a great buy, and now that summer is around the corner I am excited to have a container filled with water for my work day. Hydrate Hydrate HYDRATE!!!!! lol.

I got mine in the all green. It ’s not my first Stanley product and as usual, I ’ m happy with it. It lives up to the hype. It keeps the water cold and fresh all day while I ’ m at work( 24 hours). I like the way the lid locks and how I can activate the spout just by pushing down. I also like that the entire spout comes out for cleaning. It ’s worth it.

[ I have enjoyed the use of my Kanpai bottle. It is even better then advertised has kept the liquids cold for long periods of time. I have wanted one for a while now to cut back waste when i go to coffee shops and the snow peak kanpai bottle is perfect.

[ Just be aware that it is not spill proof when the drinking lid is used. The 'cold' and 'hot' lids are liquid tight and will keep cold things cold and hot things hot. Also a can of beer or soda will also fit so you can keep a drink cold and crack it open on the hike out. Fit and finish is high like all Snow Peak products.

But that could be a negative in terms of durability which I worry about- the walls are thin, you can see them move when you squeeze it. The lid tends to make a weird squeak/squeal/screech when screwing on and off unless you take your time and do it slowly. I ’ ve never had a bottle do that before. The thin walls make it slightly uncomfortable to drink from without a lid( almost sharp but I wouldn ’ t go that far)( although full disclosure, the directions say not to drink from it without a lid because you might spill on yourself!). Cool that you can fit a can in there. Diameter is 2& 15/16ths inches so it might not fit smaller cup holders. Note the drinking lid isn ’ t spillproof but it doesn ’ t claim to be. Not the best thermos out there but decent. Similar to others in terms of heat retention- just fine.
