Just switched to SK strings and laces. They are very easy to string and did not get any bunch up on the outer casing of the sidewall like I do with other sidewalls. The double tips make it easy to string and look pretty cool with the logo when finished stringing. I strongly recommend.

I have been an avid types mesh guy since Stringking began making mesh. I believe that Type 4s is their best mesh yet. It provides superior feel and control when compared to the Type 4x, without compromising its durability and quickness of release. Many of my teammates on the Tufts Men ’s Lacrosse team prefer the Types for these reasons and have told me that they can feel the ball more and ultimately have more control over their stick, passes, and maybe most importantly their shots. Many of the long- poles that I string sticks for have transitioned to using the Type 4s because it offers better feel with the long poles. They like that they can feel how the ball is sitting in their head after picking up a ground ball and control the ball in order to start a fast- break or transition.

StringKing type 3s performs as expected. It is lightweight and supple, allowing the pocket to shift, essentially acting as a claw on the ball. I strung this in a mid- high pattern and it produced a smooth release with exceptional hold. Keep the shooting strings loose, as the soft nature of the pocket will create whip and if the top shooting cord or string is too tight, you 'll send the ball to the guy behind you

Bought this mesh to refresh my stick. The semi- hard is not that hard at all compared to the older wax mesh ’s. It is stiffer than semi- soft but not by a lot. The feel of the mesh is outstanding in the head and control is great. I would rate this as a 5 on hardness. Where 1 is the cheap mesh on a beginner stick and 10 is the traditional hard old school wax mesh.

String king stringing kits are great, the shooting strings are perfect for just about any shooting setup you might want. The two nylon strings give you a snappy release but it also does n't give you that smooth release that another straight shooter would. Some the softest shooters I have played with that create a very smooth bump in my release. They tend to fray a bit but have found that they hold up despite the slight fray. 100% better than a standard hockey lace shooter.

Lacrosse sidewall strings are essential components used to secure the mesh to the lacrosse head. They play a crucial role in determining the pocket's depth and shape, which can significantly affect ball control and shooting accuracy. Choosing the right sidewall strings can enhance your overall performance on the field.
Lacrosse sidewall strings are typically made from durable synthetic materials designed to withstand the rigors of gameplay. These materials often provide a balance of flexibility and strength, ensuring that the strings can maintain their integrity while allowing for optimal pocket formation. Some strings may also feature added elements for improved grip and performance.
When selecting sidewall strings, consider factors such as the type of mesh you are using, your playing style, and personal preferences for pocket depth. It's also important to think about the string's thickness and texture, as these can influence how the ball behaves in the pocket. Experimenting with different options can help you find the perfect fit for your game.
Yes, lacrosse sidewall strings can often be cut to your desired length during the stringing process. This allows for customization based on the specific requirements of your lacrosse head and pocket design. Proper length is crucial for achieving the right tension and overall performance of your stick.
Different types of lacrosse sidewall strings can vary in thickness, material, and elasticity, which can affect how they perform. Some strings are designed for a softer feel, while others may offer more stiffness for added control. Understanding these differences can help you select the right strings to match your playing style and preferences.
