Overall, this is a really nice belt. My waist is 34- 35, so I traditionally wear 36in pants. I sized up with this belt and purchased a L. This wasn ’ t necessary, it ’s pretty well sized right and has a nice stretch to it as well. Buy your size and it leaves you some wiggle room to grow.

It stretches about an inch and fits snuggly( not tightly) whether my shirt tail is tucked in or not. It's hard to play good golf when your pants are too tight/loose.
