I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I 'm definitely going faster than I 'd even imagined. Great shoes. I 'd love to see more colorways. I actually worked in them the first night I got them and had several complements. I felt like I was Tigger from Winnie the Pooh bouncing around the hospital all night.

I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

Well. I bought 4 pairs. These are everything I was hoping for. Essentially a springy, barefoot run with great energy return. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches. As for this model compared to the Alphafly 2 and original…they improved them tremendously. They are snug without pressure, better foam profile, and the lacing system doesn ’ t untie easily. Oh, and they look cool. Final assessment- for a daily 5k- ❤️👍🏻💨

Not perfect but the best racing supershoe that I ’ ve used among VF2, VF3, adizero adios, AF3. Just received VF4s but yet to run in them. My first run in these AF3s was a shakeout before a half marathon. Was concerned as the shoes squeaked for about 2. 5 miles but that finally subsided. Have run 2 half marathons in these- each time was PR by 4 minutes. Best thing for me is the low volume toe box. I have narrow, low volume feet. The VF3s are way too baggy in the toe box for me. These shoes do “ hoof clop ” loudly like the old tempo next% trainers. Ppl always turning their head as I come up on them🤣

This course has it all it rained the majority of the race, so I had wet roads, a lot of big up and down hills, and also a long section of the road where the road angled off steeply to one side. I ’ m a 5 ’ 10 ”, 170lbs, 54 year old male with a marathon PR of 3: 15 and have been running marathons for 14 years. Ran my 20th marathon two weeks ago and nearly set a new PR! I bought the Metaspeed Sky a couple months out from my race and put roughly 40 miles on the shoes at race pace during training. Was really skeptical at first because the soles r so plush, but running, they r very responsive. Super light and almost feel unstable standing in them. However, running for me, at 7- 7: 30 min/mile pace, they were fantastic. After setting a PR 7 years ago, I nearly PR ’ d again with these shoes. I was less than 30 seconds shy. Fit for me was good. Snug in the heel and mid foot, just enough room in the toes. Looking forward to racing in these again.

[ I ’ ve been using the Brooks Glycerin 22 for about two months now and they ’ ve totally become my go- to workout shoes. I wear them 3–4 times a week in my home gym and they ’ ve held up really well. They ’ re super cushiony and comfortable to run in, especially on the treadmill. My feet never feel sore afterward, which is a big win. I got the black and white colorway and I love how it looks with pretty much anything. Whether I ’ m in workout gear or just casual clothes, they always match and look good. The upper is soft and breathable and fits just right—not tight but still secure. They ’ re super light and comfy, which makes a huge difference during longer workouts. If you ’ re looking for something comfortable and versatile for workouts or everyday wear, I ’ d definitely recommend these.

[ I recently tried out the Women's Glycerin StealthFit 22, and overall, I was really impressed. Right out of the box, the comfort level was top notch—plush, cushy, and super soft underfoot. The StealthFit sock- like top felt snug and secure in a good way, and I liked the way it hugged my foot without feeling too tight. It gave the shoe a sleek, modern feel that really stood out compared to traditional designs. Style- wise, I absolutely loved the look of the Glycerin StealthFit 22. The material of the upper has a clean, breathable, almost knit- like texture that not only looks sharp but feels great too. It feels like a shoe that ’s just as appropriate for a casual day out as it is for a workout. I got a few compliments the first time I wore them, which is always a good sign! That said, I did notice a couple of small things. While the StealthFit sock top felt great overall, it sometimes made my foot feel like it was slipping just a bit inside the shoe, especially on longer runs. It wasn ’ t a dealbreaker, but something I had to adjust to. And while I usually love cushioned shoes, the sole of the Glycerin was almost too soft for me. I ’ m used to running in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS, which has a firmer, more supportive feel, so this felt more spongy than what I ’ m used to. Still, I ’ d absolutely recommend the Glycerin StealthFit 22 to anyone who prefers a softer ride. It ’s super comfortable, stylish, and has some really nice updates in terms of fit and material. If you 're someone who loves plush cushioning and a more modern, sock- like fit, this is definitely a shoe worth trying.

[ I have been a fan of Brooks for years but this was my first time trying the Glycerin StealthFit 22, and I am so glad that I did! The Glycerin StealthFit 22 is now my immediate go to for my daily exercise routine that includes indoor and outdoor training( walking, weight lifting and running). The fit of the shoe took me about a day to get adjusted, but was very comfortable from the beginning. I log about 15- 20 miles a week and have used the shoe for about 2 months, and it still provides plenty of support and comfort. I appreciate how easy it is to put on the shoe with the elastic around the ankle and how thick the soles are. The shoe is also made out of a very breathable fabric so my feet never feel overly warm. Overall, the Glycerin StealthFit 22 is a great all around training shoe that will accommodate any of my exercise training needs and desires.

[ Meet your new favorite shoe! These fit true to size. Slightly snug in the width, but feels like it's meant to be that way to keep your foot secure when running. Amazing support and you feel great when running. My pair is black and white and the white part gets slightly dirty easily. I took the insoles out, threw them in the wash on delicate, let them air dry and they are good as new! So very happy with these shoes. Must get for every runner/walker/stander, etc. MUST BUY!!
