They aren ’ t baggy but they aren ’ t slim. They are literally the perfect fit. I bought the rival fleece earlier this year. They are nice super comfortable and have a rear pocket snap. This UA fleece has a slightly more finished exterior so they look more formal( if that is possible for swear pants). I wear 34x30 pants and these fit perfectly. Even more comfortable than the rivals and the drawstring is on the inside which I prefer. Only drawback is no snap for the back pocket

The material is not that thick which is a good thing in my opinion. You can wear it on a hot day and not worry about overheating. I will say they seemed extra roomy when I first tried them on but after washing and drying them they felt perfect. So you can get your normal size and know that it comes a little big at first but shrinks to actual size after you dry them.
