Fit wise, it's a bit oversized as an XS but that's what you 'd expect for wearing a mens shirt as a petite woman. Fell wise, it's loose and comfy made of dri- fit material. I do n't plan on using this for fitness related activities but you definitely could run around the soccer field in this looking cool and feeling dry:)
