It's super breathable and stretchy, and I got an extra- small since I 'm petite and skinny. It's incredible for this summery, hot weather since it's HeatGear. I did a light workout in it, and I did n't feel suffocated in any way since the fabric is so light; it kept me as cool and dry as possible. I love how it looks and fits on the body. Im very happy that under armour has also made this NEOLAST wich makes me love it even more for caring more about the environment.

It is for fitting, and I would recommend getting 1 size larger that the chart says. The bottom sits a little below a jog bra band, and stays put with a lot of arm movement. It is a bit pricey for what you get but that said I ’ ve been wearing it almost every day while I ’ m doing house work& packing up household stuff. My daughter used this a few times this fall during some cold weather softball tournaments. She said it kept her warm. Wasn ’ t restricting during pitching or batting. It has thumb holes to cover your hands when waiting to bat or on the bases. I would say it ’s the same quality as her old Under Armour mock neck shirt but at a better price.
