[ I purchased this jacket to replace my main winter coat that I had for 20 years( also Columbia). Very good mid- weight coat. You can wear in in the 50 ’s unzipped without getting too hot, and I ’ ve worn it in mid 30 ’s drizzle comfortably. Any cooler than 30 degrees and you ’ d probably want to throw on a fleece underneath. The Sherpa is a very nice touch, and I love the hood. This coat is more comfortable than my previous coat, time will tell if it also lasts me 20 years.

I decided on the medium since I would be wearing it over my top. The store did n't have the Thundercloud color, so I ordered it online. The pullover arrived in less than a week.
