I wore a pair of SD 4's last year and the spin was a little too much for me, I compete at the state level but I find it easier to control my motions in these. Fit me perfect, and comfortable compared to the pair I had before I came to Nike. For this amazing price, do n't hesitate to get a pair like I did!

Not only have these shoes improved my form, they have increased my throws distance by a noticeable amount. The strap across the top really holds your foot in place and gives a lot of support. Such a great shoe, a must have for any thrower.

These are my first pair of track shoes and I love everything about them, they have a nice sleek style and molds my foot perfectly. This shoe fits more of a narrow size so if you know you have a wide foot I would suggest to maybe getting a 1/2 or 1 size bigger. They 're still new so I 'm not sure if they break in eventually( like widen up) but so far I am pleased with 3rd pair of Nikes!

I ’ m very excited for my upcoming season. One thing to note is the way that these shoes are made. They have a slight heel and it ’s a little hard to get used to at first. Overall, AMAZING product!

I purchased the S/M for my son( just turned 5). I also purchased him the Nike Kids' Chaser FG- R Soccer Cleat in an 11. They look great together and fit well. We purchased separate shin guards for our older son when he was this age and they rubbed his ankles. I am pleased we went with this option. They are a little hard to get on sweaty feet.

These are the only shin guards my son will wear. He loves that there is n't Velcro rubbing on his calf. They never move out of place and there is never a need to make adjustments. It is also nice that they provide padding on the ankle, which most slip in shin guards do not. Since he plays several days a week, I own two pairs. I wash them on a normal wash cycle in cold water after every use, but I do not put them in the dryer. They wash very well and have lasted an entire year( my son plays year round). He does not have any difficulty getting them on, but after the game when his feet are sweaty, they can be difficult for him to remove independently. My son wears a size 13 cleat and has a wide foot- the M/L fits perfect. I highly recommend these shin guards!
