[ I am a triathlete and use this cap for pool training. This was the first silicone cap I had ever used. It has a great feel to it, fits very comfortably on my head, and does not pull my hair like the latex caps do. That is not that big of a deal for me, but my wife is worried about caps pulling her hair out, so I bought her one of these caps too, and she really likes it. I keep buying these caps from Nike and keeping them in my bag just so I have an extra if one breaks, but even going to the pool 3- 4 times/week, my first cap still looks and feels new. I recommend.
