Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. The fact that there are no laces make it so much easier for him to put them on himself, which gives him independence while getting ready for practice! The elastic around the ankle is perfect support and allows his shin guards to fit comfortably. He is able to move easier allowing more movement with its stretch! I totally love these shoes and their comfort level! I loved them so much I bought 2 different colors of them. The only thing I do recommend IS SIZING UP 1 WHOLE SIZE because they do run small. I normally wear a women ’s size 10 but the women ’s size 11 is perfect!
