The GT Cut 3's are the best court shoe that came out in 2024. They are a little pricey, but they 're worth it. They do take a few runs to break in, but after that they are amazing. They have the best traction, lightweight and just enough cushion to be comfortable yet responsive to quick movements. I got them for myself then got them for both my kids( 14 and 18). My 14 yr old use these Cut 3's for her goto sneakers for games and other sneakers for practice. I bought her a second pair because she is outgrowing her current ones.

I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I 'm definitely going faster than I 'd even imagined. Great shoes. I 'd love to see more colorways. I actually worked in them the first night I got them and had several complements. I felt like I was Tigger from Winnie the Pooh bouncing around the hospital all night.

I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

They are great for all the running and jumping during gym and recess. The material is lightweight and breathable which is great for all those sweaty activities. She mentioned that the shoes feel very springy when walking and running. These will be great as a daily runner for the rising temps in the upcoming spring and summer months. I haven ’ t noticed any visible wear and tear yet but we will see how they hold up with ongoing daily use. I will probably go ahead and pick these up in a few more colors.
