[ The Nike Universa Women's Medium - Support High - Waisted Leggings blew my mind the moment I slid them on. They were buttery soft and fit like a glove. Sometimes leggings can be a little suffocating with how tight they are, and these were different. They are a high - waisted legging that shapes your waist nicely without squeezing you too tight. I find myself more self - conscious when I 'm taking yoga or doing pilates because my leggings are making my stomach look unflattering or rolling over. I was honestly surprised how great they fit. I think I was most surprised by the length. Typically, when I read something is full length, I am a little skeptical because they do n't always fulfill that full - length promise. Fortunately for me, these did not disappoint. Being 5 ’ 9 ”, I have pretty long legs, and typically, leggings run short on me, but I love that this hit my ankle exactly where I would like it to. Not to mention, the super conveniently placed side pocket where I can fit anything from my ID, keys, or my phone comfortably. There ’s even a pocket on the back waistband that I didn ’ t even notice because it ’s so discreetly designed. Besides always having issues with the length of leggings, another important factor I check for in a good pair of leggings is if they 're squat - proof. I work out at least 4 times a week, and I have tested these leggings out thoroughly, and to my surprise, I can say they are not see - through one bit. I love knowing that I can wear these to yoga and fold in all kinds of positions without feeling worried about my leggings being see - through. And an added bonus, they are very good at staying in place and do not fold over at the top. During my pilates classes, they stayed up and never folded and I was able to focus in class without my attention being drawn to having to fix or constantly pull up my leggings. These leggings are truly a dream. Even down to the design. It is classic and modern but extremely functional. I even love the monochromatic Nike check logo on the backside of the calf. It ’s so discreet, but when you find it, it ’s such a cool surprise. Even the decision to have the bottom edges of the legs be seamless is so appreciated. I don ’ t find when I take these leggings off that it leaves dents in my skin or isn ’ t lightly cutting off circulation in areas. It truly feels like I ’ m covering my legs with a cloud. You can tell these leggings were designed with the intention of being flattering, while still being functional and comfortable. It is truly hard to find leggings that have it all, and these definitely do. I think the only negative thing I can think of is that I didn ’ t get these in every color, but I have every intention to. I find myself wanting to wear them every day, whether it's to work out, to run errands, or everything else in between. Even as much as I ’ ve already worn them, they still feel like brand new. These have instantly become my new favorite pair of leggings that I own, by far.

The extra soft material feels so good! I like the wide waistband and strong seam stitching. I sized up since it is a casual set for me and think next time I ’ d just stick with my usual size. I can run in these but for longer runs my normal size would be just right. These are so versatile and I can wear them comfortably all day since they are a little bigger than my other pairs.

[ I absolutely LOVE a pair of leggings with pockets. That is always my# 1 complaint with most, but not with this pair. These leggings provide a flattering, snug fit without feeling overly tight. [ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1 - 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model - the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running - it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist - it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib - cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs) - they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running - they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

This set is overall one of the best winter base layer fits I ’ ve had the chance to try out in the elements( as of yet). The fleecy layer inside isn ’ t too thick, so it will keep you decently warm while not feeling overly constricting( it won ’ t ruin or take away from your outfit either). If I was to give constructive feedback on anything, it would be that they are a little short in length( mind you, I ’ m 5 ’ 11 ”). So, I ’ m really not picky about that kind of thing( for leggings in particular). Especially as they do have a bit of stretch. Perfect for running! I sweat a LOT and it doesn ’ t show through these compared to the Nike Go. I have purchased black and dark blue so far, but I will be coming back for more. Soft and easy to get back on after using the bathroom after sweating. They aren ’ t so tight on the waistband that I feel nauseous ha. Purchased my usual size M at about 160 lbs 5 ’ 3!

[ These leggings are the perfect material. So soft and lent does not stick to them easily. Went on a run and they did not rise up or down. I will say that they do fit a little big from the waist, considering that I am usually a M and fit nicely without squeezing my bump at 8 months pregnant. I will be buying in a small if I need to because the quality and stitching on these leggings is amazing!!! Also, on my run the track was a little muddy and the mud did get on my leggings but it was so easy to wipe off.

[ Although I try to be pretty active, let ’s be real, I wear leggings for everyday activities. I ’ m looking for support, comfort, and to not be exposed. These fit the bill. The material is perfect, and comfortable. They are a bit tight, kind of like compression leggings. I have wide hips and it sometimes feels a bit uncomfortable, but nothing major. I would say, I ’ d opt for a darker color if you sweat a lot as they are not very forgiving in the department. Overall though, I do love these.
