This is my first pair of gaiters, and I wish I had discovered them years ago. This is the goto gaiter for snowmakers at the ski area I work at. The size large Outdoor Research Expedition Crocodile Gaiter fit great with my size 9. 5UK( 10. 5US) Scarpa Inverno double shell boots, and with size 10EE Danner Light hiking boots. Besides work on the mountain I grab them to walk the dog or shovel throughout the winter. They ’ re super handy when you don ’ t want to put on snow pants but also don ’ t want to get your regular pants wet in the snow. My only complaint is the velcro on the locking tab at bottom of the gaiter( by the toe of the boot) has separated from its backing on one of my gaiters. This seems to be a common issue, and this tab isn ’ t found on the military version of this gaiter. It hasn ’ t effected the functionality of the gaiter, so I ’ d just call it annoying.

[ The set includes 4 pieces: a tent, two chairs, and a table. It arrived in a large bag that conveniently fits everything. The instructions estimated about 60 minutes for assembly, but honestly, it took us around 15 minutes to set everything up. The tent had the easiest mechanism I 've ever encountered—it was so simple and intuitive that we didn ’ t even need the instructions. The tent is made of water- repellent fabric and comes with an optional rainfly. If you do n't use the rainfly, the roof is made of mesh, allowing fresh air to flow through. There are also two windows that can be closed for privacy. Inside, there ’s a slot for running a cable and installing a light, which is super convenient! There are also two organizers inside where you can place your phone. The engineers really thought of everything—it's so nice when products are designed with the user's convenience in mind. The set includes two comfortable chairs, easily supporting over 250 pounds. There ’s a small organizer on the backrest for holding small items. The chairs are easy to assemble and disassemble—everything is incredibly intuitive. The table is stable on a flat surface, with no wobbling at all. I ’ m absolutely thrilled with this tent, chairs, and table set. For a very reasonable price, you get an excellent set that offers quality, a thoughtfully designed structure that takes only 15 minutes to assemble, comfort, ease of use, and some nice added features. Bought these for a multi day trip with gravel bar overnights on the Current River. In the past used the basic stakes that came with my tent with less than optimal results. These hammer in the gravel, rocks and sand very easily, with a twisting motion as they anchor. Held the tent and rain fly extremely well and removal was no fuss in the morning.

[ I do n't mind getting out in rough weather or pitching a tent on more complicated terrains, and these stakes are the awesome. Due to their length and curvatures, you can penetrate very rocky ground as well as get a good hold in sand. If you 're in the wilderness, you 're going to run into bad weather at some point. These stakes are worth their price to secure your tent. I use a very expensive tent, and this tent requires staking out. Their cost is worth protecting the weak link in a tent system.
