Heavy duty material is great for working out on. Perfect for my cardio workouts..... So I 'm not roughing up my carpet. When doing yoga, I sometimes put a softer mat on top for more cushion. Great for setting my weights on too, so they do n't make indents in the carpet. So far so good!!!:-)

It fits under my Pilates reformer perfectly. Protects my wood floor and minimizes movement while doing exercises, but I 'm still able to slide it along the floor. Also great that it did not have a horrible plastic smell.
