I had been experiencing some right shoulder soreness after a week of baseball fantasy camp. My body responds well to compression so I gave this sleeve a try. It feels a bit awkward at first, but once you find the sweet spot you barely notice you 're wearing it. I even wore it to sleep a few times and no issues during the night. Even though my measurement suggested I get the LG size, I decided to purchase the smaller one and the compression felt much better for me using that one. Keep in mind you will have to gently wash it every so often as it nestles right under the armpit area.

I ordered Size Small and it ’s loose on me. The sleeve kept sliding down my arm. I am 5 ’ 2 ”, 125 lbs. The quality of the sleeves are excellent…the fabric is not too thin, not too thick. When it stayed up on my arm…it did its job…protected my arms from the hot Hawaiian Sun and kept my arms cool. I ordered 3 colors, black, white and beige. I will figure out a way to keep them up on my arm…somehow secure it to my sleeves.

I use these almost every day for summer running. They reduce how much sunscreen I need to use. They 're much better than wearing a long sleeve sun shirt because if I wear them with a short sleeve sun shirt it allows heat to vent under the arm and keeps me much cooler while still giving full sun protection.
