The fabric is soft and thick, it serves me as a sweatshirt on chillier days. I especially like how the buttons are matte black with Nike swoosh logo to make the top look polished and chic.

The quality of the fabric is really nice and thick. Not fleece but it can certainly serve as a light sweater, esp for CA weather. I 'm wearing a medium and I would even size up to a large for a more oversized/ outerwear situation. It's a simple shirt but can be styled in so many different ways.
