I can understand people saying this sock is really thick, but if you 're used to basketball- specific socks, do n't expect anything unusual. It's definitely thick compared to thin running or training socks. It's too early for me to comment on durability, but so far so good. Comfortable and cushioned, and they stay where you want them to. The pictures are accurate, they have this wide ankle that I thought would be too loose, but they are nice and snug. I hope they continue to produce these.

I have used these socks for everything from trail hiking and running a 5K to casual shopping, and they have completely outperformed my expectations. The fit is true to size and wraps comfortably around the foot. I appreciate the minimal design, which does n't stand out and allows your shoes to be the main focus. The fabric is also incredibly soft to the touch and does not cause any rough, sandpaper- like irritation at the bottom of the feet, even after a long day of walking or running. The only area I would suggest improving is the thickness, as they are a bit thick and made it a struggle to fit into some of my shoes. Aside from that, these are easily some of the best, if not the most perfect, socks I have worn in a long time.
