I find that I get a bit lower launch with the TP5 and is easier for me to control the spin with. Durability is also pretty darn good for a tour ball( barring cart path, rocks, or trees- you could play the same ball a second round). I love the stripe! It helps me with putting AND lining up on tee shots. I only wish they offered the colors for the stripe like they do on the Response. But for those color averse- the blackish grey of this stripe isn ’ t distracting and very useful.

I had been using the Left Dash with excellent results, especially off the driver. The only drawback was that it sounded and felt a bit firm off my putter and irons though but that was something I could live with given the performance gains. Great Ball. I tried the Chrome Tour last year, and I was over- spinning it, but this ball was the remedy to that. Could hold the wind well and the ball still turns over, just not as much the Tour( have n't tried the X). Felt firm enough for me and rolled well on the greens.

Unbelievable balls. The Chrome Tour TD spins less than CT and CTX off the driver and stays remarkably straight down range. It is long! I was using a new driver as well, but I was getting 8- 10 yards more total distance with that combo. It is a firm ball, but feels good off the face( softer than the X LS of previous generations). Approach shots had a nice mid trajectory and spun more than I thought on very firm greens. Around the green, the ball is predictable: it rolls out when you want it and checks when you want it. Firm greens did have a teeny bit more run out. Feel off the putter is firm. Overall a great ball if you struggle with spin or too high launch.

The Maxfli Softfli Ball is good for me compared to the ball I have used for years. Due to it's softer construction, I am compressing it better and getting significantly greater distance while maintaining straight flight and good control. I am adjusting to the change in feel around the greens because of the runout qualities of the ball.
