I am normally a size 8. 5 but I have a high arch and knew I had to go up a size for it not to be tight on the top of my foot. Also I normally hate shoes/boots with the Sherpa inside because my feet get hot, but these are actually nice. I have worn with no show socks and thick socks. Still not hot.
