There has to be a better way to measure size in athletic cups. Several brands and sizes later I know what I need. This is a great brand and and highly recommend it. But for all the brands out there let ’s just post the girth and length on the sizes “ soft ”. Bought medium that was to small then XL that chaffed my thighs, but held everything, L seems just about right. There has to be a better way to measure.
