Fits exactly as described…I went up a size to get a slightly looser feel( I wear these tops for MMA and HIIT). Shoulder construction allows you to move with no binding/pinching. Flat lock seams don ’ t rub or chafe. The length is enough to tuck in or leave out without it ridding up. Material is slick and breathable…I would prefer it to be a bit thicker. Dries fast and hold up well to weekly washings( cold and hang dry… my 2 year old shirts look as good as my 2 week old ones). Definitely worth the money.

[ Just reviewed the long sleeve base layer, and like both of these tops. Since it is still winter in Colorado, I have been wearing the short sleeve T- shirt on the 65 degree days we sometimes have. I also like to wear the men's as opposed to the ladies for the looser fit.

5 '' 9. 5 at 163 lbs. I am maybe 10% body fat so pretty lean w/ muscular build. Shirt fits like a glove, honestly I probably could do a L but I got M and it still fits pretty well. I have minor chest fat and this shirt does a great job of conceling that make completents the chest area nicely. After I recieved I got the long sleeve version and will be buying more soon!

The only downfall for me is the material puckers in the back near the opening. I feel like adjustable straps would fix this, but I also could have sized down. It feels very soft and not stiff. [ I 'm not one to wear clothing dedicated to fitness. I usually wear a basic T- Shirt and sweats and away I go. This running top is a game changer. First impressions are important to me, on the very first day of wearing this top I felt refreshed. 90 degree weather in New York is no joke, walking 4 to 5 miles in that temperature is simply the worst. But this top made it feel like a breeze, literally. Fit, is perfect. I like my shirts oversized. So I always go with medium. So I 'd say this Top is True to Size. Feel of it is cool to the touch. Normally I feel overwhelmed with the heat as I walk but the fabric breathes. Meaning that this shirt does not feel like a wet towel after a shower. It feels great! The design is abstract, my choice of words; because of the geometrical figures along the fabric. Color is a nice touch as well, as it does not attract heat. Neck is wide, which is nice. I do n't feel restricted at all. Hugs the shoulders in a form fitting way. Long enough that it covers the waist band of the shorts I wore. It is perfect. To any person who enjoys long walks or even a run in Central Park. This shirt should be part of their wardrobe. I 've mentioned this before but I love how the fabric breathes. I intend on using it every time I do cardio. And as a first time experience it knocks it out of the park. Perfect the way it is! Classic!
