I always looked forward to wearing them as they are the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. I finally decided to replace my lined Breeze shorts with the active breeze shorts because they are just so much more comfortable than the Breeze short. The extra comfort comes from the difference in the waste band. The old Breeze short had a typical stretch liner but the new active breeze short has more of smooth band where you do n't feel the waist band against the skin, you dont actually know you are wearing them.

[ Comfortable but as said in other reviews, the side pocket is small. Too small for cell phone or a tennis ball. The fabric is comfortable but the shorts have an unfinished edge that so far is not running but the fabric does ride up easily.

They fit true to size. I like how the design is in the front and the back of the shorts. The shorts have a small pocket on the back with a zipper, a good place to put your keys if you go for a run outside.

[ These shorts are amazing! They have a built in brief liner that is snug without being restrictive. They feature two side pockets which work well for keys or a wallet when using casually, but I wouldn ’ t using them for anything valuable while running. There is a zip close back pocket that is large enough for your phone but not too big to where it will bounce around. I have worn these with leggings underneath and on their own and had no issues with chafing or hot spots. The drawcord allows a custom fit and stays tied even during my longest runs( 10+ miles). Of course, I appreciate that they have reflective elements for low light situations like dawn or dusk. I couldn ’ t recommend these shorts more!

These are my new favorite shorts to wear while running and doing strength workouts. They are so light you don ’ t even feel them. I can move around seamlessly with nothing holding my legs back. I really need a lightweight pair of shorts while running or it just doesn ’ t feel right, I wish I had another pair of these. When doing squats or working on my back these shorts fit great. So comfortable. The design is kind of throwback, I love the simple colors and paying tribute to the past logos. If I had to change one thing I might make them a half inch longer.

I ordered these in a medium and a small due to being unsure of what size. I can honestly fit both. I ’ m 140 pounds, athletic build, 5 ’ 4 ”- 5 ’ 5 ” tall. The smalls for more like a size 4- 6, tighter athletic look. Medium size fits with a lot looser fit, especially in the thigh& waste area( slide right up with no stretching needed in the waste). The medium would be for a person maybe size 6- 8. If I ’ m going for a loose flowy look or if you have thicker legs/thighs, I would say medium. I prefer the more fitted athletic look so smalls are more comfortable feeling for a more athletic outfit look. The small has to stretch in the waste a little for me to put on and is tighter around my thighs than the medium. Size small or athletic look( go running in or could wear at the gym or ball field) and medium for casual look( put with a solid free fly shirt for a casual outing). If this confuses more than helps I ’ ll post photos if needed
