There is some give, and because of the slip on nature of the shoe I think they run a little bigger. But I love them- they ’ re stylish, and go with any kind of outfit. Love Sorel footwear! Always a size 7. 5 but for these slip on sneakers I had to return them and get a size 7. Perhaps because they do slip on they were more prone to feeling a little too loose.
