Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! The electronics are easy to use and find a program that suits my fitness levels.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. I just recently got this bike for my birthday. I had Hip Surgery 6 weeks ago and added this to my rehab. This bike was easy to put together with watching the videos to assemble. Shipping was fast. I had a spin bike in the past, but it was so uncomfortable that I could n't ride it for long. My physical therapist has a bike similar to the Sunny, so I bought one for home use. The flywheel is smooth and the magnetic resistance is easy to operate enabling non jerky resistance changes. My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I 've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. Second, it is a great quality product- very well made along with a very good price. Third, we enjoy using it and have continued to improve our health numbers and even lost some weight. My husband had to have surgery for a brain bleed December 11. He's been home from the hospital now five days and has already been able to use the cross trainer on the lowest setting twice.
